Privacy Policy
Nationwide Community Revitalization (NCR) uses Alfred Mail for authorized internal email workflows. This policy describes how the assistant uses data from its designated company Gmail account.
Information accessed
Alfred Mail may access email addresses, message headers, subject lines, message bodies, and other information contained in messages received by the designated account. It may also prepare and send messages from that account. Its Google OAuth authorization requests the Gmail send permission; incoming mail is accessed through a separate authenticated mail connection.
How information is used
Email data is used to carry out authorized NCR tasks, such as reviewing correspondence, identifying relevant messages, preparing responses, and sending requested email. Message content may be processed by the assistant's AI service to perform those tasks. Alfred Mail is not offered as a public email service.
Sharing and storage
NCR does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Information may be shared with the intended recipients of sent email and with service providers needed to operate the assistant and email connection. Credentials are kept in restricted server-side storage. Operational records, including outbound message details, may be retained for business and audit purposes. Access is limited to authorized NCR workflows.
Choices and contact
